The sleep over was really fun. I think I will like my new class in grade two. It would be a blast of fun.

Santa is giving people gifts . When Santa got stuck up the chimney he began to shout “you girls and boys wont get any toys if you don’t pull me out! My beard is black, my back is a sack and I am about to sneeze!” When Santa got stuck up the chimney “Achoo, Achoo, Achoo!”

We did writing to post to Santa. It was hard work. We are going to post them.

One day we did fractions with Fairy bread. We made 2 whole pieces and then cut them into halves and quarters . To make halves, we had to cut 2 equal pieces. To make quarters, we had to cut 4 equal pieces.

I would go to space and Disney Land because in space I can see the stars and at Disney Land I can see princesses.

I learnt how to write on adobe slate. It was fun. We learnt how to count backwards from the bigger number. We learnt how to do subtraction. In reading, we learnt about singing in phrases to help us learn how to read in phrases.

On Thursday we went to the National Gallery of Victoria and the Melbourne Aquarium. It was fun. We got to dance in the disco room as well as making funny sounds in the garden room. At the Melbourne Aquarium we saw the Archer fish. They spit water out of their mouths at the bugs in the trees. The bugs fall into the water and the Archer fish quickly grabs them and eats them. We learnt about penguins. They swim and poo in the water at the same time. They do not care!

I like the Adventures of the Wishing Chair because it is a chapter book.

My favourite book is Pig the Pug because he fell out of the window and I think this book will win book of the year.

Today in inquiry me and Archer made patterns. I was making a rainbow patterned necklace. Archer was making a green and blue patterned necklace.
